Very interesting place, well worth checking out especially during the annual "doors open" programme. Full of local history and still an active artistic retreat too!

Interesting house well worth a tour-good cafe with vegan options- helpful staff-mostly keen volunteers who have a great deal of commitment and love for the place. Organised local walks and events.

Great venue! Unique! Lovely food, comfortable beds. Could be a bit chilly in winter, wear an extra layer!
