Checkpoint garage! A Zero rating if I could!Beware of up selling, and sometimes take along time to get job done, very frustrating especially if you rely on your vehicle for everyday use, jaw dropping repair bill's!!!!I'd advise all, please don't go here!!! Furthermore After 2 repairs? I foolishly gave them nearly 2k over a 18months for various repairs the car needed ie, buckled rims 80, misfire on cyclinder 2 fault, (AA RECOMMEND NEEDED Addressing), all turned into having the head removed 3 times, new valves and seals fitted they said had been done the first time round,?! all the while giving me the violin story they done load's of extra work for free ?? THEY sent me some scary pictures of holes in valves etc, which I could of downloaded from internet. There where delays of up to 6-8 weeks each time, other cars to repair quicker profitable turnover,I had to pay for a hired car each time so I could get to work. The repairs costing funnily enough over 750 each time! Twice!!! Luckily for me I had AA BRAKE DOWN INSURANCE COVER!! THEY PAID THE MAX 500 each time!I had pay the remainder. They knew I had a budget, as I was on a low income job and had a family but they didn't care!! Third time I insisted on they take it back under their guarantee of work policy. Despite this the car still presented with smoky exhaust and eventually I had to scrap the car after failing MOT testing at D&G autos Dundee,I trusted them even though they knew the car was knackered and still took my money, robbing b*****d's, in my opinion. I will never forgive them for taking me for a MUG!!
Full service ordered, but no check of spark plugs, overfilled oil, won't call me back. Cost hundreds of pounds to get this fixed by another garage a week after a full service, to get car recovered, new sparks and oil drained and refilled. They say I didn't ask for a full service but they did charge me for one, lame excuse anyway as the car was obviously misfiring and sparks should have been checked. They also charged extra for wheel alignment that was stated as FOC. Been waiting a month for a simple call back now, after calling them repeatedly. Don't go to this shambles of a garage
