I advise to request a picture of your finidhed request & price each flower 1st As his is about 3rd or 4th time this year with trusting staff to make up certain bouquets of flowers & trusting the expense paid fir extra detail & beauty. Assured a few of us in the family have used.the most recant was not how it was asked or described.I had recueved a lovley mixed bouquet average flowers & couple white roses & 2 lilie buds 1 1 over fresh fully budded lilly. Still pretty. But when my friend came to vidit couple days later was angry at her purchase as it wasnt no where what she allegedly asked for. For 70 i was shocked as was she. it stands to say- desoite the besutiful effort, the buyer is unfortunaley ripped off.4 my future orders i will go elsewhere .at least they dont exagerate the condition or prices. & even other florists provide you picture of your order before its sent via favebook or email - this is brilliant idea. Most people via call order trust the florist 2 provide exactly what is asked, theflorists know the call buyer doesnt alway see the end result & frequently bulk up with cheaper flowers & very kittle expensive ones.esp when they run out or running out. the 3rd time with a very expensive thank you requests yet more bulk more foilage that id find in my garden. We conpared price & found our orders were almost half price cheaper & better value.Sorry for the negative feed back. I believe customer loyalty is , especially when bought for grieving people or funerals. Those who write the cards should show compassion & love - wear a smile. remember most customers who purchase flowers is usually to make some feel better, feel special or show sorry loss sorry love & regret. It works both ways. Great customer relationships in turn provide loyal permansnt customers & trusted staff & happyier ss is the buyer the reciever the bosd & the florist who does fantastic finidhing touches - the love is spoken in the preoeration & besutuful detail or arrangements. To the lady in (review previous) im.sorry you were meant to feel like that. & sorry for your loss xx The woman who was unsympathetic & impstient to a customer (who left previous review) who was obviously grieving- Should have been given more compassion & time. Some people can only express thue thanks that are said with eye catching besutiful detailed flowers. There are stylish florists eho can make xmas trees & beautiful shapes & you can tell they are proud in their art. Unfortunatley our boquets etc are looking mire & more like tescos rubbish for 90% cheaper. I always leave room for mistakes. Such is life. But repeated bland exoensive thrown together mixes - & avoid using the boxes as they are cost. Well to be honest? The box provided is more stylish & look more exoensive - eye catching, than just a sellopated wrap of see though plastic. Attention to detail & not substituting expensive flowers for cheaper bulk only compromises the chance of people retrning. Prices & lists should be easily available eben the names of flowers prices & so on. Just like the online florists do. But thats just my single review opinion. Patterns occur & confudence is lost. Sorry . Mrs JD. X

Have used this florists on many occasions and have always found the quality, service and price to be really good.

Went to enquire about ordering flowers for my grans funeral. Needed 3 big sprays and every question i asked was answered with I dont know I am only the driver and will need to ask and off she would go again. We saw florist once through the curtains to be spoken to quite abruptly even though i was grieving my gran. We were then left at the counter to browse even though we hadnt been left a book to browse. Needless to say we walked out and my gran will be getting her final flowers elsewhere and i wont be stepping foot in that shop again.

Stunning flowers for my mother, delivered on time and just simply stunning, my mum would have loved them, highly recommend

Bad experience flowers were late for a funeral plus no reciepts given dodgy will not use again many complaints from friends too avoid at all costs
