Dirty, back of toilet disgusting, filthy toilet brush, fridge stank to high heaven, like something had died,contacted manager and owner as very concerned, they put two fridge fresheners in. Dour divider between bathroom and hall stuck up serious trip hazard. Curtains hanging off rails. To top it all they had overbooked on the e Saturday, only got told 10 mins before we arrived, having driven from Renfrewshire, had to stay in B and B next door.
