The system is a joke, I have received letters about absences that the school are aware did not happen, the school can't keep track of authorised absences and the head teacher is deliberately confrontational and makes pathetic attempts to intimidate students (at one point stating "I was in the army so I know a thing or two about breaking arms") even when they are trying to respond respectfully and has even made false accusations. I am unaware if these accusations have been put on record risking negative impact later on.
